297. פתיחה בהליכי חדלות פירעון בידי בעל תפקיד זר והשתתפותו בהליכים
(א)בעל תפקיד זר רשאי להגיש לבית המשפט בקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים לגבי החייב שמתנהל לגביו ההליך הזר, אם מתקיימים התנאים לפי חוק זה להגשת בקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים בידי נושה.
(ב)בעל תפקיד זר רשאי להיות צד להליכי חדלות פירעון המתנהלים לגבי החייב שלגביו מתנהל ההליך הזר, אם בית המשפט הכיר בהליך הזר.
