298. מעמדם של נושים זרים בהליכי חדלות פירעון
(א)מעמדם של נושים זרים וזכויותיהם לעניין פתיחה בהליכי חדלות פירעון והשתתפות בהם, זהים למעמדם ולזכויותיהם של נושים מישראל.
(ב)אין בהוראות סעיף קטן (א) כדי להשפיע על דירוג הנושה הזר בסדר הפירעון, ובלבד שחוב של נושה זר לא ידורג בדירוג נמוך מדירוג של חובות כלליים, אלא אם כן היה מדורג בדירוג זה אילו היה נושה מישראל.
