לעניין אגרות ותשלומים שנקבעו בתקנות לפי סעיף 356(3), דין בקשה לצו עיכוב הליכים זמני כדין בקשה להבאת הסדר חוב לאישור בעלי העניין בו, אלא אם כן נקבע אחרת בתקנות לפי הסעיף האמור.
