353. בית משפט השלום המוסמך לדון בהליכים לפי חוק זה של יחידים
(א)בית משפט השלום שידון בהליכים לפי חוק זה של יחידים בכל מחוז, יהיה בית משפט השלום שבו יושב נשיא בית המשפט.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), השר, בהתייעצות עם נשיא בית המשפט העליון, רשאי, בצו, באישור ועדת החוקה, להסמיך, לעניין מחוז מסוים, בית משפט שלום אחר מהאמור באותו סעיף קטן ובהתייעצות עם נשיא בית המשפט השלום, בתי משפט שלום נוספים, שידונו בהליכים לפי חוק זה של יחידים באותו מחוז.
