354. החלת הוראות החוק על חבר בני אדם מסוים שאינו תאגיד
השר רשאי, בצו, להחיל הוראות חוק זה, כולן או חלקן, על חבר בני אדם מסוים שאינו תאגיד כהגדרתו בסעיף 4 ושלא קבוע לגביו בחיקוק הסדר אחר לאותו עניין, ורשאי הוא לקבוע בצו כאמור את ההתאמות והשינויים הדרושים לשם ההחלה.
