375. הוראות מעבר לעניין פשיטת רגל
(א)נקבעה בחיקוק לפני יום התחילה הוראה הנוגעת לפושט רגל, לפשיטת רגל או להליכים לפי פקודת פשיטת הרגל, יראו אותה, החל ביום התחילה, כהוראה הנוגעת ליחיד שניתן לגביו צו לפתיחת הליכים לפי חוק זה או להליכי חדלות פירעון המתנהלים לגבי יחיד לפי חוק זה, בהתאמה.
(ב)צו כינוס שניתן ליחיד לפי פקודת פשיטת הרגל לפני יום התחילה, יראו אותו לעניין סעיף 163(ג)(4) כצו לפתיחת הליכים אחר.
