373. תחילה ותחולה
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה 18 חודשים מיום פרסומו (להלן – יום התחילה), והוא יחול על הליכים לפי חוק זה שהחלו ביום התחילה ואילך.
החוק פורסם ביום 15.3.2018.
(ב)על הליכי פירוק לפי פקודת החברות, על הליכי פשרה או הסדר שניתן במסגרתם צו הקפאת הליכים לפי חוק החברות ועל הליכי פשיטת רגל לפי פקודת פשיטת הרגל שהיו תלויים ועומדים ערב יום התחילה, ימשיכו לחול הוראות הדין שחלו עליהם ערב יום התחילה.
