(א)הזנה קיימת במתח גבוה או נמוך
לצורכי אמינות אספקה, מבקש חיבור לרשת המתח העליון רשאי להשאיר חיבור במתח גבוה או במתח נמוך המזין אותו בתקופת ההקמה והמשמש לגיבוי חם בתקופת התפעול; פעולה זו לא תגרור כל עלות לגבי החיבור במתח גבוה או במתח נמוך אלא אם כן תקבע הרשות אחרת.
