21. חובה למסור מידע ודוגמאות
(א)חייב אדם למסור למפקח, לפי דרישתו, ידיעות, דוגמאות, פנקסים ושאר תעודות שלדעת המפקח יש במסירתם כדי להבטיח ביצועו של הפיקוח החקלאי; דרש המפקח דוגמאות – הן יימסרו לו ללא תשלום.
(ב)דוגמאות שנמסרו לפי סעיף קטן (א), מותר לבדקן במעבדה ולנהוג בהן בכל דרך אחרת.
