2. פנקס כינויי מקור
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)ברשות הפטנטים שבמשרד המשפטים (בחוק זה – הרשות) ינוהל פנקס כינויי מקור (להלן – הפנקס) ויירשמו בו כינויי המקור שנתקבלו לרישום לפי חוק זה ופרטים נוספים שנקבעו או שהרשם יראה לרשמם.
(ב)הפנקס ייערך ויתנהל בפיקוחו של הרשם.
