1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”צו הורות“ – כהגדרתו בחוק;
”צו“ – כל צו אחר שנתן בית משפט לפי החוק;
”הרשם“ – מי שנתמנה לרשם לפי סעיף 16(א) לחוק;
”מנהל בתי המשפט“ – מי שנתמנה לפי סעיף 82 לחוק בתי המשפט [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ד–1984.
