12. הגבלות ותנאים ברישיון
השר יקבע ברישיון את תוקפו, ורשאי הוא לקבוע ברישיון הגבלות ותנאים, כאמור בסעיף 158טז(ב) לחוק, ובכלל זה בנושא מניעת ניגוד עניינים, סוגי היתרים שבהם יעסוק מכון הבקרה וכן התחום הגאוגרפי לפעילות מכון הבקרה.
