14. שימוע לפני ביטול או התליית רישיון
(א)עלה חשש כי התקיים תנאי מהתנאים לביטול או להתליית רישיונו של מכון בקרה לפי סעיף 158יז(א) או (ב) לחוק, יערוך האחראי שימוע לבעל המכון בדרך ובמועד שיורה לכך, ורשאי הוא להורות כי השימוע יתקיים באמצעות הצגת הטענות בכתב בלבד.
(ב)האחראי רשאי לפרסם הודעה לציבור על דבר קיומו של שימוע כאמור.
