10. חילופי מבקשים

ביטל מבקש את בקשת הפירוק שהגיש או שזנח את הטיפול בה, רשאי בית המשפט, בכל שלב משלבי הדיון, על פי בקשת נושה או משתתף הרשאי להגיש בקשת פירוק (להלן – מבקש חדש), לצוות על חילופי המבקשים ועל המשך הדיון בבקשה בידי המבקש החדש.
