9. התנגדות לבקשת פירוק
תיקון: תשע״ה [26]
אדם הרוצה להתנגד לבקשת פירוק יגיש לבית המשפט כתב התנגדות מאומת בתצהיר ויפרט בו את נימוקי ההתנגדות; כתב ההתנגדות יוגש 14 ימים לפחות לפני המועד שנקבע לדיון בבקשה או בתוך מועד אחר שקבע בית המשפט והעתק ממנו יומצא למבקש.
