56. תפקידי עזר
הכונס הרשמי רשאי להטיל על עובד מבין עובדי המדינה שהוא ממונה עליהם תפקידי עזר לשם ביצוע הפקודה, ורשאי הוא לאצול לו לשם כך סמכות מסמכויותיו.
