73. מנין חוקי
(א)שום ענין, למעט בחירת יושב ראש, אישור תביעות או דחיית הדיון, לא ידון באסיפת נושים אלא אם כן בפתיחתה מצוי מנין חוקי.
(ב)מנין חוקי יהא בנוכחות אישית של שלושה נושים או שלוחיהם להצבעה, או של כל הנושים אם מספר כולם אינו עולה על שניים.
