74. דחיית האסיפה
אם תוך חצי שעה מן הזמן שנקבע לאסיפה אין מנין חוקי נוכח בה, תידחה האסיפה לשבוע שלאחר מכן, לאותו יום, לאותה שעה ולאותו מקום, או למועד ולמקום שיקבעם היושב ראש.
