5. מחזיק ברשיון יודיע על פעולותיו
כל מחזיק ברשיון ימציא למזכיר הראשי – במשך השבוע הראשון בכל חודש – דין־וחשבון נכון בכתב על פעולות הסכייה והכרייה שניהל בחודש הסמוך לזה לפניו בגין מיניראלים ראדיואקטיוויים, ובו בזמן ימציא למושלט העתק של אותו דין־וחשבון.
