6. הודעה על גילוי מיניראל ראדיואקטיווי
(1)אדם כל־שהוא המגלה מיניראל ראדיואקטיווי כל־שהוא, יודיע מיד בכתב על אותו גילוי למושלט.
(2)גילה אדם כל־שהוא, שאינו מחזיק ברשיון לפי סעיף 3, מיניראל ראדיואקטיווי כל־שהוא, לא יסולק המיניראל אלא בהסכמתו של המושלט ומתוך כפיפות לאותן הוראות שיהיה עשוי לתיתן.
