שר החוץ רשאי להעניק – בצו – לשופטים ולרשמים של בית־המשפט הבינלאומי, שהוקם לפי מגילת האומות המאוחדות, ולמתדיינים באותו בית־משפט וסוכניהם, יועציהם המשפטיים ועורכי־הדין שלהם אותן חסינויות, זכויות־יתר והקילות, העשויות להיות נדרשות כדי לתת נפקות לכל החלטה של האספה הכללית של האומות המאוחדות או לכל אמנה שאותה אישרה.
