1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בקר סביבה“ – בקר במכון בקרה כמשמעותו בסעיף 158יט(ב) לחוק שהוא בקר מורשה לפי סעיף 158כא(א)(2) לחוק;
”מרשם ההנדסאים והטכנאים המוסמכים“ – כמשמעותו בחוק ההנדסאים והטכנאים המוסמכים, התשע״ג–2012;
”המשרד“ – המשרד להגנת הסביבה או מי מטעמו;
”פנקס המהנדסים והאדריכלים“ – כהגדרתו בחוק המהנדסים והאדריכלים, התשי״ח–1958;
”קורס הכשרה“ – קורס להכשרת בקרי סביבה שנערך על ידי המשרד, לעניין נושא סביבתי אחד או יותר.
