23. תשלומים לבעלי היחידות
(א)קבע מנהל קרן כי ישולמו לבעלי היחידות תשלומים מנכסי הקרן, יפורטו, תחת כותרת ”תשלומים לבעלי היחידות“, המועדים שבהם ישולמו התשלומים, השיעור מהערך הנקוב שישולם והמועד הקובע לעניין הזכאות לתשלום.
(ב)שולם תשלום מנכסי הקרן לבעלי היחידות בתקופה בת שנים עשר חודשים שסיומה ביום עריכת הפרטים, יצוין שיעורו מהערך הנקוב של היחידה ושיעור המס שנוכה מהתשלום, ככל שנוכה.
