22. השקעות משותפות בנאמנות הסדרים עם עושה שוק
אם הקרן קרן סגורה, יפורטו תחת הכותרת ”הסדרים עם עושה שוק“, פרטים על הסדרי עשיית השוק, לרבות זהות עושה השוק, מאפייני פעילותו ואופן תגמולו; לעניין זה, ”עושה שוק“ – אדם שהתחייב לפרסם במהלך כל יום שבו מתקיים מסחר בבורסה, מחיר שבו הוא מתחייב לקנות את יחידות הקרן הסגורה ומחיר שבו הוא מתחייב למכרן.
