10. חילוט הערבות הבנקאית
לא שילם מנהל קרן החוץ עיצום כספי שנדרש לשלם לפי פרק י׳ לחוק ואגרות לרשות, לאחר שחלפו שלושים ימים ממועד התשלום, או מהמועד שבו העיצום הפך סופי, לפי המאוחר מביניהם, רשאית הרשות לבקש מבית המשפט צו לחילוט הערבות הבנקאית או פיקדון ניירות ערך שהופקדו לפי תקנה 2(3) במלואם או בחלקם.
