9. דרישת הרשות למידע
הרשות או עובד שהיא הסמיכה לכך, רשאים לדרוש ממנהל קרן חוץ מידע הקשור בו או בקרן החוץ שבניהולו ושאת יחידותיה הוא מציע לציבור בישראל, ולהורות על הדרך שבה ימציא את המידע ולקצוב לו מועד להמצאתו.
