תחת הכותרת ”הצבעה באסיפת מחזיקים“ יפרט מנהל הקרן את עיקרי תהליך גיבוש אופן ההצבעה שלו בהצעות החלטה המובאות לאישור אסיפת מחזיקים לפי סעיף 77 לחוק, לרבות הליכי הבדיקה לצורך גיבוש עמדה לגבי הצעות ההחלטה, לרבות לעניין ההצעות שלגביהן קיים חשש לניגוד עניינים, וכן לעניין הסתייעות בגורם חיצוני מקצועי והיקפה.
