18. הוראות לעניין מתן הסכמה מדעת במקרה של העדר כשירות
מוסד רפואי המטפל בתייר מרפא יקבל מתייר המרפא, לפני תחילת הטיפול הרפואי לפחות אחד מאלה:
(1)הוראות כיצד עליו לפעול אם תייר המרפא לא יהיה כשיר לתת הסכמה מדעת לטיפול הרפואי כאמור בסעיף 13 לחוק זכויות החולה;
(2)הודעה על בא כוח שתייר המרפא מינה שיהיה מוסמך להסכים במקומו לטיפול רפואי, ועל הנסיבות והתנאים שפורטו בייפוי הכוח להסכמה כאמור.
