28. עבירת משמעת
סוכן תיירות מרפא שעשה אחד מאלה, עבר עבירת משמעת:
(1)נהג בדרך שאינה הולמת את עיסוקו;
(2)הפר הוראה מההוראות לפי חוק זה, המטילה עליו איסור או חובה;
(3)השיג את רישומו במרשם במצג שווא;
(4)גילה חוסר יכולת, חוסר אחריות או רשלנות חמורה בעיסוקו כסוכן תיירות מרפא;
(5)הורשע, בין בישראל ובין מחוץ לישראל, בעבירה פלילית שמפאת מהותה, חומרתה או נסיבותיה אין הוא ראוי לשמש סוכן תיירות מרפא.
