53. עונשין
העוסק בתיווך לתיירות מרפא, אף שאינו רשום במרשם, בניגוד להוראות סעיף 2(א), דינו – מאסר שנה או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(2) לחוק העונשין, ואם הוא תאגיד – כפל הקנס האמור.
