מנהל קרן לא יקנה ולא יחזיק נכס בקרן שבניהולו אלא אם כן הוא מופקד באופן השומר, להנחת דעתו ולהנחת דעת הנאמן, על זכות הקרן לנכס ולזכויות הנובעות ממנו.
