לא ייקרא אדם לאימון אלא אם נמסרה לו תחילה הודעה מטעם השר שהוא מיועד לשירות עבודה שפורש בהודעה וההודעה לא בוטלה על ידי ועדת שירות העבודה לפי סעיף 29.
