11. תקופת האימון
תיקון: תשל״ו, תשס״ח
לא ייקרא אדם לאימון לתקופה העולה על שלושה ימים בשנה, ובמקצועות ולגבי סוגי עובדים המפורטים בתוספת – על שנים־עשר יום בשנה, הן במרוכז והן במפוצל, וכל יום שבו שירת האדם אותה שנה בתפקיד נדרש על פי חוק ההתגוננות האזרחית, תשי״א–1951, יבוא במנין ימי האימון לפי סעיף זה, וכן להיפך; השר רשאי, באישור ועדת העבודה של הכנסת, לשנות את התוספת.
