40. סמכויות לשנות צווים
תיקון: תשס״ח
(א)רשות שנתנה צו או הוראה אחרת לפי חוק זה רשאית בכל עת לבטלם או לשנותם, כפי שתראה לנכון.
(ב)אם בעקבות שינוי הצו או ההוראה נשתנה גם המפעל החיוני או המפעל למתן שירותים קיומיים שבהם חייב מגוייס למלא שירותו, יראו לצורך חישוב תקופת השירות את היום שבו נקרא האדם לראשונה לשירות עבודה, כיום תחילת השירות.
