41. סמכויות מיוחדות למפקח כללי ולמפקח מרחבי
המפקח הכללי על כוח האדם או מפקח מרחבי או כל אדם שהוסמך על ידיהם רשאים להיכנס בכל עת המתקבלת על הדעת לכל מקום המשמש לצרכי מפעל ולבדוק אם מקיימים את ההוראות שניתנו בחוק זה או על פיו.
