42. סמכות מפקח מרחבי מנותק
למפקח מרחבי, אשר מרחבו או חלק ממנו נותק עקב פעולות איבה מיתר חלקי המדינה, יהיו כל הסמכויות הנתונות למפקח על כוח האדם לפי חוק זה או שנאצלו למפקח הכללי על פיו.
