10. ביציות של נפטרות
(א)בביצית שניטלה מאשה נשואה שנפטרה לא ייעשה שימוש.
(ב)ביצית שניטלה מאשה נשואה שבעלה נפטר תיתרם בהסכמתה.
(ג)בביצית מופרית שנוצרה מביצית וזרע של זוג נשוי שנפטר אחד מהם ינהגו כדלהלן:
(1)נפטר הבעל – יחולו הוראות תקנה 8(ב)(2);
(2)נפטרה האשה – לא ייעשה שימוש בביצית המופרית.
(ד)ביצית, לרבות ביצית מופרית שניטלה מאשה פנויה שנפטרה, לא תישתל באשה אחרת אלא אם כן, טרם פטירתה, נתנה התורמת הסכמה לתרומת הביצית.
