9. הקפאת ביצית וביצית מופרית
(א)ביצית, לרבות ביצית מופרית, תוקפא לתקופה שלא תעלה על חמש שנים.
(ב)נתקבלה בקשה בכתב להארכת תקופת ההקפאה, חתומה ביד האשה שמגופה ניטלה ובעלה, ומאושרת בחתימתו של הרופא האחראי, רשאי בית החולים להאריך את תקופת ההקפאה בחמש שנים נוספות.
