5. רשות כניסה
(א)המנהל, או מי שהוא הסמיך בכתב, רשאי להיכנס לכל מקום באזור שיפוץ לצורך ביצוע הוראות חוק זה.
(ב)לא יפריע אדם למנהל או למי שהוא הסמיך כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) ולא ימנע ממנו שימוש בסמכויותיו על פי חוק זה.
