6. ביצוע עבודות בידי המנהל
דרש המנהל מבעל בית בהודעת שיפוץ לבצע עבודות שיפוץ. ולא ביצען, או לא ביצען כהלכה, או ביצען שלא לפי התנאים, הדרכים והפרטים שנקבעו בהודעת השיפוץ, או לא השלימן תוך התקופה שנקבעה לכך, רשאי המנהל לבצע בעצמו או על ידי אחר את עבודות השיפוץ הדרושות, ולחייב את בעל הבית בהוצאות בהתאם לחלקו על פי ההודעה.
