14. מענה לדין וחשבון
תיקון: תשל״ג, תשמ״א
(א)מנהל מוסד או מורה שקיבל העתק מדין־וחשבון על עבודתו לפי תקנה 13, רשאי למסור בכתב למנהל המחוז ביאורים והשגות על הבקורת.
(ב)מנהל המחוז שקיבל ביאורים והשגות כאמור, יעביר העתק מהם למזכירות הפדגוגית או למנהל אגף החינוך הדתי, הכל לפי הענין, וכן למפקח שערך את הדין־וחשבון.
