למפקח המבקר במוסד במסגרת תפקידו, בתיאום עם המפקח הכולל הממונה על המוסד, יהיו הסמכויות של המפקח הכולל לפי תקנה 15, פסקאות (7) עד (10), וזאת לעניין התחום המקצועי שבו הוא מתמחה.
