18. תעודת שר המשפטים ראיה
מותר להוכיח על ידי תעודה חתומה בידי שר המשפטים כי חוק פלוני במדינה פלונית היא תחיקה הבאה לפצות קרבנות הרדיפות של הנאצים או של גרוריהם, או את חליפיהם של קרבנות אלה.
