19. פטור
טיפול בתביעות על ידי הקרן הקיימת לישראל או מטעמה פטור מהגבלות חוק זה; אולם בטיפול על ידי הקרן הקיימת לישראל או מטעמה שטרם נסתיים ביום תחילתו של חוק זה יחולו הסעיפים 10, 11 ו־13 כאילו בכל מקום בסעיף 10 היה מדובר ב־20% במקום 15%.
