42. תנאים לסילוק טבק לא־מיוצר מבית חרושת
לא יסלקו טבק לא־מיוצר מבית חרושת אלא לבית חרושת אחר או למחסן מכס, ובכל מקרה חייב היצרן לקבל תחילה היתר הובלה מאת רשות הבלו.
