3. אופן פרסום ההודעה המשלימה
(א)הודעה משלימה תוגש לרשות ותופץ באופן ובמקומות שבהם פורסם התשקיף.
(ב)ההודעה המשלימה תצורף לכל עותק של התשקיף אשר יפיץ המציע לאחר פרסומה.
