34. טיפול בצמחים ליצוא
תיקון: תשס״ג־2, תשס״ז־2
המועצה רשאית לקבוע בכללים –
(1)דרכי הטיפול בצמחים המיועדים ליצוא, החל ממועד הקטיף ועד למועד שבו יועמדו הצמחים לרשות היצואן, לרבות תנאי אריזתם, החסנתם והובלתם;
(2)טיפולים מיוחדים שיש לתת לחלקות ולמקומות גידול שבהם מיוצרים צמחים המיועדים ליצוא, כדי להבטיח טיב, נקיון ותנאי גיהות נאותים.
