173. בקשה לפסלות שופט
(א)בקשה לפסלות שופט לפי סעיף 77א לחוק תוגש בכתב או אם הועלתה במהלך הדיון תישמע בעל פה, מיד לאחר שנודע לבעל הדין על עילת הפסלות ולפני כל טענה אחרת.
(ב)החליט בית המשפט לדחות את טענת הפסלות, ימשיך את הדיון כסדרו, זולת אם הורה אחרת.
