13. רשימת בתי סוהר ומקומות מעצר
הרשימה שיעביר השר לביטחון הפנים לשר לפי סעיף 84ה(א) לחוק הבחירות תכלול את הפרטים שלהלן:
(1)מספר הקלפיות שמוצע שיוצבו בכל בית סוהר או מקום מעצר;
(2)שמות מפקדי בתי הסוהר ומפקדי מקומות המעצר ופרטי ההתקשרות עמם;
(3)מספר השוטרים, הסוהרים האסירים והעצורים שצפויים לשהות בכל בית סוהר ומקום מעצר ביום הבחירות.
