14. ועדות קלפי
חברי ועדת קלפי לאסירים (בפרק זה – ועדת קלפי) ומזכיר הוועדה ימונו על ידי המפקח הארצי או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך באמצעות מסירת כתבי מינוי חתומים בידי המפקח הארצי או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך, לפי טופס 2 שבתוספת; מינוי כאמור יהיה כפוף להוראות סעיף 84ו(ב) לחוק הבחירות.
